I have been really apathetic this Presidential election. The campaigning has gone on too long. But this time, I have to say something.
It looks like the Democrats have sunk to a new low. The Democrats have been doing this ever since the Clinton’s implemented “Scorched Earth” where they checked into the backgrounds of their political enemies and broadcast any digression through their allies the Liberal Media to cover President Clinton’s multiple infidelities. But this time the Democrats have decided to bring a candidate’s children into the mix. Shame! Shame!
Sarah Palin, McCain’s running mate has been called a bad mother because her daughter, age 17, is pregnant out of wedlock. The media has even attacked, Palin’s daughter. The Democrats are acting like Palin’s daughter is the first teen that has ever become pregnant out of wedlock.
I wonder how the media and these Liberal Democrats would feel if their children were put under such scrutiny? I also want to know why it is only wrong when it’s a Republican that has something like this happen in their family and it’s ok if it is a Democrat. Besides, what business is it of anyone’s anyway? Wasn’t it when President Clinton was getting blowjobs in the Oval Office, that the Democrats said that someone’s personal (sex life) was no one’s business? Or is it another case where it is only ok for Democrats and not for Republicans?
I also find it very revealing that Women’s Rights Groups are joining into the fray and attacking Sarah Palin who is a woman running for Vice President. Here again we see that it is only ok if it is a Democrat and not a Republican.
I liked John McCain’s statement earlier this week when he said, it’s not time to be Democrat or Republican but to be Americans. It seems to me that Democrats are so hungry for power that they forget they are Americans first. It seems to me that Democrats just want power above what is right for this country.
And that is how I see it.

Obama did come to the defense of Palin's daughter reminding those who support him his mother was 18 when she had him..
I don't like Obama but I believe in this case he's not behind it because as you stated Tiger the Extreme Low Gutter Left Wing Democrats have been looking for anything to use against the Republicans and President Bush since Clinton's Impeachment..
Don't forget that Edwards was having an affair while his wife had cancer and her future was unknown. And then there's a host of other democrats who on a personal level where not so moral. Yet they have the balls to do this to Palin and her kid. If this was a man as a running mate with these same personal issues. The democrats or media wouldnt be on the war path. And because of their actions. It just might pull woman closer to the McCain party and they might vote for him. Or undecided or independents might vote for McCain/Palin due to the democrats nit picing. It's a sad display of what the demos are doing.
And though Obama came out and said to keep family out of the campaign. We all know it was his staff who was digging up this BS and leaking to the media. Tiger I'm just as appalled as you are. I was going to vote for McCain or whomever the nominee was for the republican ticket.
And if this is all the democrats have to grab at then it's pretty pathetic. Since they can't seem to find any flaws in her judgement or how she's ran Alaska. Which is what counts and Americans know this. Here we have a governor who has a 80%-83% approval rating amongst 687,000 citizens. And the democratic Congress (Both Houses) approval rating is hovering very close to single digits approval rating. Happens to be the this democratic Congress has the LOWEST APPROVAL RATING in the history of Congress. Now you tell me who's doing a better job.
Anyone who says Palin has limited or lacks experience is crazy. She has more executive experience than Obama/Biden combined. Neither of these men have every been an executive. In which they have ran things and veto, balance and generate budgets on a grand scale. Or created and implemented policies as well as, overseeing all state agencies and the list goes on and on. All Biden and Obama have done is legislate. Which is a lot different in running things. It's why most USA Presidents were governors. Because they essentially do the samething a president does excluding foreign affairs. Even the governors have their own armies per se at their disposal...i.e., the National Guard. So people need to think about it what the media and democrats are doing...which is grasping at staws at best.
Obama claims he has vision and wants change and reform. Well, this position he's applying for requires a lot more than that. Besides change and reform is not always a good thing.
There are 3 presidential debates...1st one is on Sept 26th. And one VP debate. To be honest can't wait to hear them all. Because Obama is a man who talks a lot and at the end of his speech or debate has said really nothing. He never provides a condusive action plan laid out in detail. Just a lot of rhetoric. And Palin will eat Biden up. Don't forget when Biden was running for president in the primaries. He constantly emphasized that Obama lacked the experienced to run america. And suddenly a few months pass and now he believes Obama is capable. That's a joke and so transparent. People can see right through that. Biden is just being self-serving for his own political agenda and doesn't care about americans...he cares about his political career.
Though Biden is the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee in the Senate. Look at his voting record on foreign affairs and the majority of the time his vote was wrong. He voted against the first iraqi war and voted for the 2nd war. Also, Obama constantly says things like..."in the past I always said this or was for or against that." which isn't true. At least fox news brings things Obama claims to forefront to prove this man flip flops more than anyone else. And can't remember what he said or did months ago.
If Obama and Biden are elected into office it will be a one term for them. And it will be America's darkest times. Which I believe we can weather but why have to go through it in the first place. All Obama wants to do is tax and then tax more. When history has reflected when taxes are reduced spending is up. To balance a budget and reduce the deficet. You have to reduce Spending and bring in New Revenue. Not increase taxes which history has proven doesnt work it makes things worse. But his highness Obama knows better than all of us. Well, he might want to take a refresher course in how Macro-Economic works and how macro takes its toll on micro-economics.
